Entendas, não somos Hong Kong, que vive quase que exclusivamente do mercado de capitais, aqui somos PRODUTORES, logo, concorrentes deles, e os ianques SABEM disso, não vão dar mole assim... :wink:

Deve estar faltando o que faZer lá. Ficar esmiuçando espingardinha de chumbinho é dose. Uma vez um coronel do EB, cheio de cursos de FE, comandos e etc me disse que tinha que restringir sim, "afinal, vai que alguém mata outro com isso?!". Dado o nível do comentário, eu fiquei na minha.

A verdade é que tinha gente trazendo legalmente armas de pressão de fora muito melhores e por preços muito mais justos que as merdas nacionais. Isso mesmo, merdas. As carabinas de ar nacionais são bagulhos, péssimas sob qualquer aspecto.

Depois de praticamente proibirem o cidadão comum de ter uma arma de fogo, agora estão se preocupando com armas de pressão. Só pode ser falta do que fazer, ou excesso do que fazer com outras coisas...

§ 3º Apenas colecionadores, atiradores e caçadores registrados no Exército, bem como os órgãos, empresas ou entes públicos poderão adquirir armas de pressão de uso permitido ou restrito diretamente do fabricante ou por importação.


A que ponto as coisas chegaram...

Isso só faz com que o público interno tenha cada vez mais raiva e desprezo pelas indústrias "nacionais". :?

Pois é, o pessoal que gosta mesmo de armas de pressão de qualidade está correndo para as importadas, mesmo pagando mais caro por isso. Aliás, a TAURUS importa armas da GAMO por um preço muito baixo e as revende aqui dentro por um absurdo. Ora, se é importação simples e pura, prá que proteger assim se eles nem o nome deles colocam nas armas? E olha que as GAMO são tidas como ruins no mercado internacional, nos mercados mais sérios. Mas como aqui só tem tranqueira, é o filé.

Acho que nem tanto à terra, nem tanto ao mar. Proteger mercado de armas de pressão é dose, ainda mais que não se faz nada que preste aqui dentro.

Numa boa, me considero "nacionalista" no sentido de preferir o que é nacional em detrimento ao extrangeiro desde que respeitadas as qualidades e o preço, porém, tem horas que não da pra aplicar esse discurso nacionalista POWS!

Túlio, as armas importadas chegam aqui custando uma baba, caríssimas. Mas mesmo assim o povo se dispõem a pagar, porque as nacionais simplesmente são umas merdas imprestáveis. Lamento, mas eu senti e sinto isso na pele.

A legislação defende cegamente as indústrias nacionais, mesmo que estas produzam merda em cima de merda. Tanto existe mercado que há empresas argentina vendendo aqui e nenhuma fábrica nacional fabrica uma arma pneumática. Ora, se não há similar nacional, a importação deveria ser normal. Mas não, é trolha no rabo de quem quer algo que pelo menos funcione.

Agora, coincidentemente só as empresas autorizadas podem importar. Porque será? Será porque só a Taurus importa armas? Ora, se ela importa as armas prontas da Espanha, que emprego é esse que estamos protegendo afinal? NENHUM!

Eu sou o primeiro a defender a indústria nacional, mas uma coisa é uma coisa, outra coisa é outra coisa. Assim não dá, né?

Demorei para poder voltar a postar, mas agora que deu um tempo e volto neste tópico, eu me deparo com isto. Vou responder umas coisas que ficaram em aberto e não vou nem postar mais nada neste tópico. Não vou nem entrar mais nele. Não tem porque ficar tentando demonstrar que o céu é azul ou que a água é molhada. Está aí, só não vê quem não quer.

Quanto à Taurus ser isto ou aquilo nos EUA, faça-me o favor. Parece até aquela ladainha de que a IMBEL quem faz as pistolas do FBI (e aqui digo o produto como um todo).

Estatística é mesmo uma ciência maravilhosa. Você pega uma empresa que faz revólver de porte, revólver de caça, revólver do velho oeste, tudo que é tipo, calibre e modelo de pistola, carabina, arma de pressão e fala que ela domina tal "mercado de armas", pois compara com a Glock ou a Sig Sauer que só fazem pistolas modernas de uso policial/militar ou de competição. Tá fácil. Quero ver comparar o número de pistolas Glock vendidas nos EUA exclusivamente com o número de pistolas nos calibres 9mm, 357 SIG, .40 S&W e .45 ACP da Taurus que foram vendidas. Aí sim estaremos estabelecendo uma comparação de fato. O resto é falácia de departamento de marketing. No mais, nos EUA a Taurus atinge os consumidores de baixa renda e aqueles que não entendem de armas ou não se preocupam com a qualidade e a tradição daquilo que estão adquirindo. É arma de muquirana, porque é mais barata e porque tem "garantia pela vida toda". Não tem outro motivo. Ou por que uma pessoa deixaria de comprar uma Beretta 92FS de US$ 550,00 para comprar uma PT-92AF de US$ 450,00? Só quem não tem grana e está na pindaíba, sem bem que quem tem US$ 450,00 para torrar numa arma tem também US$ 550,00..., ou então quem não tem conhecimento, seriam capazes de fazer isso. Ou ainda quem é impedido legalmente... Quem em sã consciência economizaria US$ 150,00 e compraria uma PT-915 ao invés de uma Sig Sauer P 229? Ou economizaria US$ 50,00 e compraria um Taurus 85 ao invés de um S&W similar? Só quem não conhece. E, por incrível que pareça, apesar de os EUA serem "o país das armas de fogo", lá tem muito fulano que não manja nada de nada... mas que ainda assim pode entrar na loja e comprar uma arma. Aí compra a que parece com aquela bonitona que todo mundo fala e que dá garantia para a vida inteira, e ainda é mais barata ! Negocião da China !!!

24/7 arma do ano eleita pela NRA... Alguém sabe quanto isso custou? Alguém sabe que a NRA é uma organização política que precisa de dinheiro para eleger seus candidatos. Alguém aí sabe que até a Ruger P-95 já foi "arma do ano" da NRA - quem já viu ou usou uma sabe o absurdo.

Quanto a preço de Glock na licitação do DPF, acho que não precisa ser um gênio para entender que numa compra de 7.000 pistolas feita pelo Governo diretamente do fabricante ou de seu representante, as armas vão ser necessariamente muito mais baratas que uma única arma comprada por um consumidor final, no balcão, após passar por importador, intermediário e comerciante.

Se a Taurus acha que importar é mais em conta, por que não abriu uma empresa chamada "Taurus Imports" e importou as 24/7 diretamente da Taurus USA, sem colocar o lucro desta empresa, os impostos do comércio americano e os custos e lucro do lojista dos EUA? Seguindo esta lógica (ilógoca) usada para justificar a suposta desvantagem da Taurus na licitação do DPF, iria sair muito mais barato, não? Vai e exporta as armas para a Taurus USA, a Taurus USA - que é da Taurus, mesmo - não bota um centavo em cima e devolve direto para a "Taurus Imports", sem passar por nenhum intermediário, que coloca a arma na licitação. Se fosse assim, pelos preços cobrados no balcão dos EUA, as 24/7 teriam que chegar aqui a menos de US$ 300,00 !!! Mas não, a Taurus não faz isso. Sabe por que ? Porque acostumou a bater em defunto. Tem o EB que trava a importação das concorrentes, então ela vai e pede o preço que quer na licitação, contando com que, ao final, não vai ter concorrência de fato, e que os policiais otários vão ter que se contentar com o refugo que ela vende aqui.

A Taurus é tão inimiga do "SIM", que na campanha que fiz na cidade de Rondonópolis e Cuiabá, quando eu ia acompanhado de outros colegas, em horário de folga, explicar nas faculdades e onde quer que nos convidassem para um debate o porquê de votar "NÃO", que é meu direito de fazer, como cidadão, sem me identificar como policial, mas apenas como instrutor de tiro, nunca recebi o apoio da Taurus, apesar dos inúmeros e-mails que eu e a associação de lojistas do MT mandamos para eles. Pedimos a impressão de folhetos e nem um "recebido" tivemos como resposta. A Taurus agiu comno o soldado que fica escondido no fundo da trincheira, todo cagado de medo, e depois que o combate acaba sai de peito estufado para cortar as orelhas dos inimigos e fazer um colar. É a defensora de causas ganhas. Quem esteve envolvido diretamente na campanha do "NÃO" sabe muito bem disso.

Quanto a técnicos que tem opinião diferente, dá para perceber o quão técnicos são. Devem ser engenheiros ou empregados da Taurus, pois eles pensam diferente de 99% dos policiais e atiradores que conheço, que não são poucos. No mais, só postei fatos. Eles que são técnicos que expliquem porque o índice de falhas nos produtos da Taurus são maiores que 20%. Nem fábrica de fundo de quintal é assim. E reitero. Compro Taurus quando posso ver antes o que estou comprando, quando está incomparavelmente mais barato e eu estou sem grana mesmo, ou quando a qualidade é confiável e o preço é bom (Taurus USA).
