Fragatas Holandesas:
En cuanto a las características de la unidades holandesas, la Armada informó que
- La primera fragata clase "M" es la F832 "Abraham van der Hulst"; comisionada el 15 diciembre de 1993; transferencia programada el 01 de junio 2005.
- Primera fragata clase "L" F812 "Jacob van Heemskerck"; comisionada 15 de enero 1986; modernizada el 2000; transferencia programada para diciembre 2005.
- Segunda fragata clase "L" F813 "Witte de With"; comisionada el 17 de septiembre de 1986; en modernización durante 2004; transferencia programada para agosto de 2006.
- Segunda fragata clase "M" F830 "Tjerk Hiddes"; comisionada el 03 de diciembre 1992; transferencia programada para abril 2007.

A pedido de la armada y para poder asimilar tanto cambio, se recibirá una el 2005, otra el 2006 y la última el 2007. El costo total es de 300MMUS$, pagadero hasta aproximadamente el 2015. Inglaterra se hará cargo de vender las 3 viejas Leander que Chile posee y el las cuales se avía invertido en actualizaciones, el dinero queda en Chile.
