Today, in a meeting at the Planalto Palace, minister of Finances Guido Mantega presents to the Political Council the final version of the draft for the bill that creates the Brazilian Sovereign Fund (FSB), which will absorb part of the revenues generated by taxes charged on the pre-salt petroleum.
