Admiral Lazarev - ex-Frunze; decommissioned Jun 99. May be recommissioned for Pacific Fleet if funds can be found. Currently maintained in reserve in Strelok Bay. Suffered damage in a fire that broke out in Dec. 2002.


Admiral Nakhimov - ex-Kalinin. Undergoing refit.


Admiral Ushakov - ex-Kirov; was stricken in 1998, but political efforts were launched in the Duma to reinstate the ship as an active vessel. A public fundraising campaign was instituted to save the ship, but this has failed to produce the needed funds


Petr Velikiy - ex-Yuri Andropov. Originally intended for Pacific Fleet, but now active in Northern Fleet. Scheduled to deploy to Mediterranean with Admiral Kuznetsov in Nov 2000, but deployment was aborted



Ao que me parece até mesmo o Ushakov teria condições de voltar a ativa.Existem esforços nesse sentido.

Sintra, e aquele monte de míssil nuclear em um monte de submarino nuclear?! Além dos EUA, só Rússia, França e Inglaterra dispõe disso. Dá pra atacar qualquer lugar do mundo com um negócio desses, não?!
