Você já procurou a resposta oficial do governo indiano a todas estas canalhices russas?

Quando você postar aqui eu respondo, até lá, as FSP da vida vão continuar a escrever o que quiserem sobre qualquer assunto e as pessoas a pescar no mundo da mídia o que lhes interessa, segundo suas convicções.

Há pouco tempo tivemos um caso mais ou menos parecido aqui, em que um veículo da mídia divulgou com estardalhaço um furo e depois se confirmou que realmente era um furo, aliás, um rombo.

A quem interessava, por esse ou aquele motivo, o tal furo virou tábua da salvação e foi abanado aos quatro ventos como prova dos ditames divinos e blá, blá, blá.

Quem desconfiou, na sua maioria esperou e "o tempo foi o senhor da razão".

Tivemos o caso dos Mi-35 e muitas notícias sobre a filha da putice russa.
Veio a LAAD, pilotos que trabalham no heli o tempo todo e operam disseram coisas em oposto.

De real USAntiago, de concreto, de fato mesmo, comprovável oficialmente, temos é que os indianos encomendaram mais 50 Su-30MKI no mínimo, já estão preparando o MLU dos MKI no padrão BM, pagaram ou estão pagando 10 bilhões para participar do PAk-FA, estão comprando um(1) e fazendo outros SSN com tecnologia russa, estão partindo para a versão block II do BRAHMOS com cooperação russa...

Enfim, fatos comprováveis e que apontam na direção oposta ao que diz este artigo, notícia ou sei lá o que é.

Sobre os pneus, eu não sei onde li e não salvei, mas já citei aqui a explicativa oficial do governo indiano.

E olha, com toda essa filha da putice russa, os caras ainda colocaram o MIG-35 no MRCA e compraram MIG-29K.

Eu sei que o povo indiano é extremamente religioso dentro de suas crenças, mas um país inteiro sofrer de sadomasoquismo religioso me parece ilógico, assim como "cachaceiros, puteiros, serralherias de fundo de quintal" e outras notícias, entende?

Minha pobre capacidade de raciocínio lógico não entende essa discrepância entre as notícias da mídia e as ações indianas.
Mas esse sou eu, na minha idiotice e ignorância.

Eu não sei se é verdade ou não, mas se for isso não vai ser inédito: os EUA já fizeram ameacas do tipo na década de 80 contra nós. A Franca também já sabotou o pós venda dos M 2000-5 com a Forca Aérea Taiwanesa para ter uma melhor relacão com a China...

France, U.S. Impressed by Brimstone Performance, RAF Official Says

LONDON - French and U.S. air forces are both looking at acquiring the dual-mode Brimstone missile used by the Royal Air Force, according to Britain's Assistant Chief of the Air Staff.

Speaking April 19 at an Air Power Association dinner, Air Vice Marshall Baz North said the Boeing/MBDA-developed weapon used on RAF Tornado aircraft in Afghanistan and now Libya has caught the attention of both of Britain's premier allies.


The weapon was developed as an anti-armor missile, but upgrades allow it to hit fleeting targets like terrorists on motorbikes or pickup trucks.

US arms UAVs for Libya missions

The US military has decided to arm unmanned air vehicles (UAVs) already flying two constant surveillance patrols over Libya.
President Barack Obama on 20 April authorized the US Air Force to weaponise two combat air patrols of “Predator” UAVs, says Gen James Cartwright, vice chairman of the joint chiefs of staff.
It was not immediately clear if Cartwright was referring to the MQ-1 Predator or the MQ-9 Reaper – both manufactured by General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc (GA-ASI).
“What they will bring that is unique to the -- to the conflict is their ability to get down lower, therefore to be able to get better visibility on particularly targets now that have started to dig themselves in into defensive positions,” Cartwright says.
“They're uniquely suited for areas -- urban areas where you can get collateral damage. And so we're trying to manage that collateral damage obviously, but that's the best platform to do that with,” he says.
But the USAF was forced to abort the first mission by armed UAVs on 21 April due to bad weather, Cartwright says.
Until now, the USAF has not publicized the deployment of two Predator combat air patrols over Libya for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance missions.
The only UAV acknowledged by the USAF to have participated in the Libyan conflict was the Northrop Grumman RQ-4 Global Hawk, flying missions out of Sigonella Air Base, Italy.
Secretary of Defense Robert Gates told reporters that the Predators involved in the Libya operations are not based physically in Afghanistan, but he did not explain where the Predator flights originated.

O russo Kh-29 seria também uma boa, mas acho bem mais difícil que aceitem essa opcão.

Só de ogiva são 300Kg.

Acho que seria caro demais, pesado demais, exagerado demais...

Mas se não tiver realmente outra opção, que seja.

Talvez deveria haver uma parceria Mectron/Denel para uma versão do Mokopa. Podia ser integrado no ST, F-X, nos AH e possivelmente no futuro VANT-C.

Latest South African missile achieves qualification

Denel Dynamics announced on Tuesday that its new air-to-surface missile, the Mokopa, has been successfully qualified and is now ready to be released on to the market.

The Mokopa was originally designed as an anti-tank weapon – specifically, in the South African context, for the Denel Rooivalk attack helicopter. However, it has also been developed into a multi-purpose weapon, for both regular and irregular warfare operations.

The Mokopa has a range of more than 10 000 m, and can be fitted to vehicles and fast jets as well as to helicopters. It can be supplied with semi-active laser guidance or imaging infrared guidance systems, and anti-tank or multipurpose warhead options.

During the trials programme, the Mokopa’s performance was validated using the anti-tank warhead and semi-active laser guided version of the missile. The firing trials were conducted at the Denel group’s OTB test range near Bredasdorp in the Western Cape province, these trials concluding on January 21.

The Mokopa represents the next generation of anti-tank/multipurpose air-to-surface and surface-to-surface missiles developed by Denel Dynamics. The company’s current missile in this category is the Ingwe, which was also originally an anti-tank weapon but later adapted to become a multipurpose missile.

The Mokopa’s maximum range is roughly twice that of the Ingwe. The Mokopa has a mass of 49,8 kg, a diameter of 178 mm and a length of 1 995 mm. In its anti-tank version, it can penetrate more than 1 350 mm of rolled homogenous armour.

Blz, aposentaram o Xavantão, mas o que ficou no lugar? Não seria os F5-F poucos, e muito quentes, para inicio no jato???

A FAB não irá operar LIFT até pelo menos 2018. Do A-29 direto para o A-1, F-5 ou M-2000.

Pra treinamento a jato não ficou nada. Do A-29 nossos pilotos vão direto para o F-5F.

Mas entre as fabricantes de jato de treinamento há a esperança de que a FAB lance pedidos de propostas, não é um caso assim perdido, segundo eles.
