Finalmente se percebe porque é que "King's Landing" tem esse nome

Ainda não tive oportunidade de comentar, mas este último episódio...do cracalhão!!!! Se não foi o melhor episódio de sempre de GoT anda lá perto!!!! Que pena termos de levar com 8 episódios de encher chouriços para FINALMENTE termos 2 episódios fabulosos...

A sequência inicial, só com música e praticamente sem diálogos, está simplemente fenomenal!!!!

"As if Game of Thrones fans weren’t already agonizing over the year-long wait for the show’s seventh season, their patience is about to be put to an even greater test.

During a recent appearance on a UFC podcast (of all places!), Thrones bosses David Benioff and D.B. Weiss revealed that production on Season 7 is going to be pushed back to accommodate the arrival of winter in Westeros.

“We don’t have an air date yet,” the showrunners acknowledged when pressed for one. “We’re starting a bit later because, you know, at the end of this season, winter is here, and that means that sunny weather doesn’t really serve our purposes any more. We kind of pushed everything down the line so we could get some grim, gray weather even in the sunnier places that we shoot.”

In previous years, Thrones has returned as early as March 31 and as late as April 24, so it was already anyone’s guess when Season 7 — which will kick off the series’ final run of 13 episodes — would premiere. Now, we’re not even sure if Bran Stark, in all his tree-whispering wisdom, could give us the answer. (In lieu of magical, info-bearing trees, TVLine has reached out to HBO for comment.)"

Eu sou um dos que não têm sacola para GOT. Até tentei, assisti à primeira temporada inteira, daí começou a aparecer dragãozinho, muié insiderável & quetales e perdi a tesão. Já agora, ADORAVA a série do Buck Rogers com aquela gataça!

No meu caso vi a 1ª T de GoT e gostei muito, aí comecei a comprar os livros e li tudo até agora, para mim enquanto a série foi fiel aos livros esteve muito melhor que agora, lá para a 4ªT começaram a desviar dos livros e há muitos episódios fracos, mas de vez em quando lá fazem um ou dois episódios memoráveis , como o foram os 2 últimos da temporada que agora findou.

A sequencia inicial do último episódio para mim é fenomenal , com a música a "conduzir" a ação, é dos (poucos) episódios que já vi duas vezes...

Quanto ao Buck Rogers, essa mocinha era bem linda, a Erin Gray (ainda me lembro do nome)

Simon Pegg on Sulu being gay in Star Trek Beyond: 'I respectfully disagree' with George Takei

During an interview posted Thursday, John Cho revealed his character Sulu is gay in the upcoming film Star Trek Beyond. While Cho praised the casual approach taken by the Star Trek Beyond team in showing Sulu’s sexuality, original Sulu actor George Takei wasn’t happy about the news. The openly gay actor, who originated the role in Gene Roddenberry’s TV series, called the Sulu revelation “unfortunate” and argued for the franchise to develop a new LGBTQ character for the screen.

In a written statement obtained by EW, Simon Pegg, who plays Scotty and worked on the script for Star Trek Beyond, explained why he disagrees with that assessment. “I have huge love and respect for George Takei, his heart, courage and humor are an inspiration. However, with regards to his thoughts on our Sulu, I must respectfully disagree with him,” he wrote.
