Não tenho nada contra a Ferrari. Tenho até certa simpatia. Aliás, tenho tá em processo até o passaporte italiano.
O problema são os torcedores. Que gente chata!!! Coxinha. Cheia de aiaiaia e uiuiuiui. Só a equipe começar a ganhar corrida que já diz que é especialista em Ferrari. Quando lá no fundo não sabe a diferença entre uma F40 e F50. Ou uma F430 e 458 GTO. Nem por que usam esses números.
Nos tempos de Alonso e Ferrari torcia contra por isso. A fusão do torcedor do Alonso e Ferrari gera um ser pior que o coxinha ou mortadela.
Veremos se Ferrari deixa de ser chamada de mer#$¨$ vermelha para ser um carro de verdade.

Honda engine problems explained after McLaren's troubled winter
Vibrations triggering electronics problems after series of McLaren breakdowns on final two days of testing, Sky F1 learns...
Unexpected vibrations from the Honda engine are causing McLaren's power unit to effectively shake itself into breaking down, Sky Sports understands.
The McLaren-Honda MCL32 car crawled to a halt on four different occasions over the final two days of pre-season testing at Barcelona with Honda seemingly no closer to fixing an engine which Fernando Alonso described as offering "no power and no reliability" in a withering rebuke of McLaren's power suppliers.
The team, who had already endured an abject fortnight at Barcelona, completing the fewest number of laps and recording a fastest time three seconds adrift of the quickest lap, attributed Alonso's two on-track breakdowns on Friday to a 'a series of intermittent electrical issues'.
But it is understood that vibrations from the Honda engine are suspected to be the root cause of the outages.
"What's the issue with the engine? As far as I can glean, the issue is vibrations and so many vibrations that it is affecting the electrics and things are popping out left, right and centre," explained Sky F1's David Croft.
The MCL32 also broke down twice on Thursday with the stoppages also attributed to electrical glitches. But in the wake of two more on-track failures on Friday, Honda acknowledged they were struggling to identify the cause of the breakdowns.
"It was unfortunate that we encountered the electrical issue again despite having replaced the parts under investigation overnight," said Honda F1 chief Yusuke Hasegawa. "This meant a significant amount of today's test was spent trying to identify what was causing the car to lose power."
McLaren themselves stated: "Overnight, the team changed a number of electrical components on both the PU and chassis, but the problem persisted. With every run in the morning session, the team changed further parts in an effort to eliminate as many variables as possible and identify the source."
"Although we've suffered a number of issues over the course of two weeks of testing, we've certainly learned a lot about the car, and we know the problems that need to be addressed," said McLaren chief Eric Boullier.
"Plainly speaking, they aren't overnight fixes, but we're hopeful both McLaren and Honda will be able to make progress on them ahead of Australia."
Over the course of the two weeks of testing, McLaren are believed to have made more engine changes than will be permitted over the duration of an entire season without penalty and the need to run the Honda unit on reduced power has further restricted the team's analysis of their chassis.
"We have only one problem: that is the power unit," said Alonso during his solitary press briefing of the week.
Their fastest lap time of 1:21.348, set by Stoffel Vandoorne on the penultimate day, compared to the test-best of 1:18.634 by Ferrari.

F1 test analysis: Honda deficit hits 10,500km
Honda’s pre-season testing troubles have already left it more than 10,500km behind Formula 1 rival Mercedes, as it faces a mountain to climb to recover lost ground.
The Japanese manufacturer’s revised 2017 F1 power unit has faced a spate of performance and reliability issues throughout the two Barcelona tests – where its plight to get miles has not been helped by it only supplying one team.
But the extent to which it has fallen behind rival manufacturers is dramatic, looking at the distances covered by the four car-makers over the pre-season testing programme.
Mercedes, which has its works team plus Williams and Force India, managed to cover 12,479 kilometres during the two Barcelona tests.
Ferrari, which also supplies its 2017-spec power unit to Haas, did 7778km, while the Renault engines in its works team plus Red Bull and Toro Rosso covered 8681km.
Honda, which only supplies McLaren, managed just 1978km as it spent most of the two tests in the garage, with engineers trying to cure recurring electrical problems - which were understood to have been caused by excessive vibrations.
The lack of reliability of the Honda engine – which could only manage, at best, 11-lap stints throughout the test – has been highlighted as its biggest issue at the moment.
Such was the extent of the problems that Fernando Alonso ended the two tests as the driver that covered the fewest laps in total (among F1 2017 regulars) – with just 190 laps completed.
That is two less than Sauber’s Pascal Wehrlein managed, and the German had been forced to miss the first test through injury.
Speaking over the week, Alonso said the engine situation was out of his hands – as he said all he could do was stay committed in the cockpit.
Asked what the short-term solutions were, he said: “I don't have any except doing my job well and be as fast as possible on the corners.
“I think what needs a quick solution is the engine, to try to unlock the power, if it's true that it's there.
“We haven't been able to run with all the power. And then reliability. We want to be able to do 15 laps, 35 or 43, as many as we want and stop when we want. Not when some alarm has gone off.”

A Mclaren-Honda tem todo 2017 para ganhar quilometragem, desenvolvimento o motor e carro.
Não acho que será melhor ao longo do ano. Parece que os engenheiro da Honda desenvolveram um bombinha cheio de problemas. Por que foi em um prazo curto, sem o tempo suficiente para testar as coisas e fazer funcionar. Pode até ser um projeto melhor do que o que estreou em 2015, mas a equipe vai sofrer até acharem a mão. Supondo que não vão desistir do projeto e partir para outro por que sentiram que não funcionou e não tem para onde ir.
No entanto, a Ferrari e a Renault também reconstruíram seus motores em 2016. No caso da Renault foi traumático, mas no fim funcionou e tão bem a RedBull ficou com o motor.
Em 2017, o espanhol na frente com motor Honda e de laranja, ganhando corrida e disputando o título, se for o espanhol e a Honda abaixo.
Ainda dizem que nessa Honda o problema é que o motor é muito forte. E, assim, a equipe precisa criar condições de deixá-lo mais manso.
Do lado, na moto azul o espanhol bonzinho, o Maverick. E com a melhor moto e equipe da Itália, a Yamaha.

A questão da MotoGP é a seguinte, como o equilíbrio em curvas depende muito mais da entrega de potência do que em um carro, algumas características dos motores são mais importantes. A Honda utiliza uma configuração de motor V4, enquanto a Yamaha, utiliza uma configuração quatro cilindros em linha com virabrequim crossplane, isso proporciona uma entrega de potência mais suave. Última forma, fiquei curioso e acabei dando uma pesquisada sobre o MotoGP deste ano, a Honda abandonou o V4 Screamer e se rendeu a configuração big Bang, então esse ando teremos apenas a estreante KTM berrando enlouquecidamente, já que Suzuki e Aprilia também usam Big Bang, Yamaha usa o Crossplane, que é uma variação do Big Bang e a Ducati usa o exótico superquadro. Já tenho para quem torcer esse ano, viva o berro rouco e agudo dá KTM, provavelmente não vão ganhar nada, mas dane-se, e Honda...maguei.

Damon Hill's 1997 Arrows Is Yours For €250,000
Remember when Damon Hill almost won the 1997 Hungarian Grand Prix? Well the actual Arrows Formula 1 car is now up for sale.

Yes, the Arrows A18 that Hill drove at the Hungarian GP in 1997 is on the market with a proper F1 engine too.
The beautiful white and blue-liveried F1 machine isn’t all that expensive either, when compared to other classics up for sale.
In fact, the price listed on Racecarsdirect is just €250,000 – quite a steal considering the car’s history.
The A18 was uncompetitive at the start of the season but the small Arrows team kept working away, with improvements being made.
Hill, who had made a surprise move to Arrows after being dropped by Williams after claiming the 1996 F1 championship, then shocked many at the Hungaroring mid-way through the season.
He qualified third for the Hungarian GP and hit the front during the race, leading for most of it and looking set for a stunning victory..
Sadly, as many will know, a throttle linkage component failure on the last lap let his former team-mate Jacques Villeneuve past him.
He still finished a staggering second in the race, a huge feat. That exact car is now up for sale, including the latest D-spec V10 Yamaha (Judd) engine.
It’s apparently in perfect condition and comes with pit equipment and spare parts, see the official listings page for more information.
Right, anyone got €250,000 we can borrow?

Quando mais leio sobre a situação da McLaren e da Honda, mais aprofunda a percepção de que eles estão perdidos.
Fazem quatro anos que estão pensando nesse motor. Já passou da hora de dar um jeito.
Pelo jeito, com ou sem Honda, a McLaren caminha para ser uma nova williams. Daqui a pouco, aceita comprar motor cliente, baixa a verba para equipe por não ter como sustentar e não querer tirar das outras empresas do grupo, faz um carrinho legal para pontual, pegar podium e, se tudo der certo, ganhar um ou outra corrida.

McLaren’s long-term partnership with Honda is under threat as the Woking team could severe their relationship at the end of this season using a break clause.
Full of optimism at the launch of the McLaren-Honda’s MCL32, Fernando Alonso and Stoffel Vandoorne’s aspirations have seemingly ground to a halt after a wretched pre-season.
Engine changes, closing in on double figures, coupled with more breakdowns than any other team meant McLaren covered the least number of laps in this year’s pre-season testing.
The Woking team managed just 425 laps, down on their 710 from 2016, and less than half of what Mercedes, at 1096 laps, achieved this year.
Reliability, though, is not the only concern.
The Honda engine is also lacking in power with only Sauber, who are running a 2016 engine, slower in testing.
“I don’t think we are too far back with the chassis, we have only one problem which is the power unit,” was Alonso’s assessment. “There is no reliability and there is no power. We are 30kph down on the straight.”
McLaren’s pre-season form had led to speculation that they could severe ties with Honda with the DailyMail reporting that it could happen at the end of this season.
“McLaren have a long-term partnership with Honda, until 2024, but it is understood there are break clauses on both sides,” reads the report. “If McLaren wish to cut free, they could do so at the end of the year.
“Similarly, if Honda feel their problems are causing more loss of face than they can endure, they too could sever ties. That doomsday scenario is one both partners want to avoid, with each publicly committing themselves to one another.”
Racing director Eric Boullier believes part of the problem with Honda is that they lack a F1 culture.
He explained: “They are trying to build a competitive power unit, but they do not have a Formula One culture.
“They are a big, successful company and they have their own ways of doing things. To devise a power unit in Japan is a challenge. That is why Mercedes decided to make theirs in England.
“We need a greater transfer of knowledge. They need to take on board the Formula One culture and to integrate that at all levels. You need to be fast in developing, as fast as F1 moves. Process, procurement, both need to be looked at.”
Meanwhile, according to Sky Sports, the problem with the Honda unit stems from ‘unexpected vibrations’ from the engine that are causing the power unit to ‘effectively shake itself into breaking down’.

A Ganassi trocou a Chevrolet pela Honda devido ao dinheiro. Além das vantagens que a direção da Indy ofereceu. Já a Chevrolet tem um motor muito melhor. Ele é desenvolvido e produzido pela Ilmor. Eles sabem das coisas.
A comparação nada tem a ver. A Indy é uma categoria pequena, motor com uma tecnologia básica, quase sem desenvolvimento, extremamente barato. As duas principais e mais tradicionais equipes, Penske e Ganassi, tem outras prioridades. A Penske foca na nascar e corre de fordão. A Ganassi tem o projeto grande no endurance e Le mans, também parceira da Ford para correr de GT. Até ganhou Le Mans em 2016 com Ford GT.
Hoje, com tristeza e pesar, a indy é uma categoria é menor que a Stock-Car Brasil. Não estou brincando.

Bem, sempre é mais interessante ver uma corrida em que o último consegue vencer, do que uma procissao das velas como é apanágio da F1
