Não sei se o cartaz trouxe algum turista, mas...
O cartaz é de João Abel Manta, data de 1975. É uma nova versão dos cartazes de propaganda do SNI, ao Algarve. É também um dos trabalhos mais bonitos feitos no período pós-revolução, uma reflexão sobre a anterior propaganda ao país, feita pelo Estado Novo, subvertida, pelos ideais de liberdade. Diz "turismo novo" e SNI (secretariado nacional de informação) tem um traço em cima. O período pós 25 de Abril foi um período riquissímo em manifestações na rua, e este cartaz de Manta, tira partido disso, ao mesmo tempo que não esquece o passado.
