Muito bom!!! Ou muito mau, não sei... Refiro-me aos receios Ingleses.

Depende. Refiro-me aos receios Ingleses.

Re: NOTICIAS SUB NUCLEAR BRASILEIRO

Re: NOTICIAS SUB NUCLEAR BRASILEIRO
Aguardemos as continuadas manifestações

Paramarine Advenced Marine Design Software to Support Design Work on
New Brazilian Submarines
Paramarine advanced marine design software, the world’s leading
solution for submarine design developed by QinetiQ GRC, has been
selected by the Brazilian Navy to support design work on a fleet of
new Brazilian submarines.
Paramarine is used by five of the top submarine builders in the world
for design and analysis with more than 20% of the current new build
submarines using the software. It is also used by several Governments
worldwide to inform procurement decisions and support their current
fleets.
The Brazilian Navy is a branch of the Brazilian Armed Forces and is
the largest navy in Latin America. It has over 100 ships in
commission, and others in construction, process of acquisition, and
modernization including 5 fully operational submarines. The Brazilian
Navy is planning to build and incorporate in the next decades a fleet
11 submersibles (6 new and five refurbished), making it the most
dissuasive fleet of South America.
“We selected Paramarine because it is the most powerful submarine
design tool available for hydrostatic calculations on the market
today. Its track record of extensive use around the world by navies,
shipbuilders and governments has created a solution that is rich in
features and capabilities. Paramarine can effectively and efficiently
handle the complex issues that submarines pose, from submerged
stability through to trim and inclining experiments,” said Captain De
Moura of the Brazilian Navy.
Paramarine is based on 20 years’ experience in marine design and has a
wealth of submarine specific analyses in one integrated product.
Confidence in its capabilities comes from the independent validation
of results and that it is approved for use by the UK MoD. In addition
thousands of concept vessels have been modelled and their stability
analysed using the software tool. It is been deployed by many of the
world’s leading shipbuilders, as well as some of the world’s leading
universities including the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and
University College London. The recent launch of the latest version of
Paramarine (V7) has further extended the software’s functionality with
enhancements to its reporting, concurrent design and documentation
capabilities.
“We are very pleased to have been selected by the Brazilian Navy which
further reinforces our position as the premier submarine software
design solution in the world. The last eighteen months has seen a
rapid expansion in the use of Paramarine by both governments and
navies but also extensively in commercial vessel design,” said
Vittorio Vagliani, Managing Director, QinetiQ GRC.

Re: NOTICIAS SUB NUCLEAR BRASILEIRO
