XM597 Of 50 Squadron, RAF Waddington. While serving with 101 Squadron, this aircraft performed Shrike missile attacks ("Black Buck") on Argentine military defences during the Falklands War. During one such raid, the refuelling probe broke while refuelling from a Victor tanker causing an enforced diversion to Galeao Airport at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The aircraft was briefly impounded and eventually flew out too Ascension on 10.6.82.

Ainda acho, tem horas, que o F-16 calombudo vai pintar por aqui. Não tenho preferência, mas com CFTs o F-16 até parece outra aeronave. Só quero caças novos. Pode até ser esse calombudo.
