Como sempre é bom verificar o escopo do contrato. https://www.dsca.mil/sites/default/file ... 3%20CN.pdf . Além das aeronaves estão incluídos armamentos ar-ar, ar-solo (incluíndo JASSM-ER), peças, treinamento, equipamentos e laboratórios para manutenção , simuladores, equipamentos de guerra eletrônica, contramedidas, suporte logístico, equipamentos para comunicação segura e criptografia, treinamento, translado etc, etc.
