Agora uma coisa é certa os russos vão projetar e construir uma acft de 5a. geração em menos tempo que nós levamos para concluir a cconcorrência para o finado F-X. Com uma diferença eles vão atingir o objetivo.

Inicialmente está previsto que o PAK(ao menos os protótipos) sejam equipados com a AL-41 e que o motor definitivo estaria sendo desenvolvido. Pretende-se que este novo motor rivalize com seus pares ocidentais.
